 As our Customer Care Associate we need you to be passionate about delighting customers by understanding their needs, taking ownership and demonstrating commitment in resolving their concerns. You'll manage customer interactions through different communication channels with superior customer service.

What you will do for us?

  • Manage incoming calls, outbound calls, email and ad hoc projects effectively
  • Achieve Customer Satisfaction by identifying and assessing customer's needs and providing the right solutions
  • Manage customer complaints well, ensuring that appropriate solutions and alternatives are provided within the agreed service level
  • Take the extra mile to engage and delight customers as well as build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide data on reports necessary for customer satisfaction and process improvements
